EU - Barnier lukewarm on Theresa May's 'Middle Way' Brexit Plan

Theresa May has today claimed she had 'compromised' and the 'EU must, too'.

What she failed to clarify was that those 'compromises' came in negotiations not with the EU ... within her own terminally split Party.

The EU's Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier is questioning whether this proposal would even work. Many doubt it, even unamended. Barnier said May's new proposals for customs arrangements risked fraud, adding unnecessary red tape - and STILL didn't resolve the big issue of the Irish border.
