Returns Policy

This Returns Policy describes how we handle returns when you visit or make a purchase from (the 'Site').

It's pretty boring but it's kinda important - and the lawyers tell us we have to have it.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is pretty standard. However, even after this period, contact us, because we want you to be happy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You'll see a return address on the packaging. Otherwise, contact us for return details - it depends on the product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 2.

If you haven’t received a refund yet ...
  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Some sites won't refund sales items and have a policy of only refunding on regular priced items. We don't do that.


If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. We're nice people and pretty flexible.


To return your product, use the return address on the packaging.

Normally most sites state that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. But if it's our error, we'll refund that, too.
